Céline Guivarch, born on June 23, 1980, is a French climate change economist. It models the impact of climate change from a multidisciplinary perspective based on economics and mathematics. She is a member of the High Council for Climate and an author of the sixth assessment report of the IPCC.

She receives the Irène Joliot-Curie Prize for the Young Scientist in 2020. Céline Guivarch is admitted as a major in the entrance examination of the Ecole polytechnique and graduates, as well as from the National School of Bridges and Roads. She is completing a thesis in economics at the International Center for Research on Environment and Development (CIRED).
