Laurie Ciaramella is an Assistant Professor in Economics (Maître de Conférences) at Télécom Paris - Institut Polytechnique de Paris - CREST. She is also an Affiliated Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and an adjunct Associate Professor at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Her research focuses on the economics of innovation, with particular interest in intellectual property, tax and innovation policy, markets for technology, and the financing of innovation. Previously, she was a Senior Research Fellow (post-doc) at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. She obtained her Ph.D. in Economics from Mines ParisTech - PSL and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Paris Dauphine, followed by a master's degree at the Toulouse School of Economics.
