Personal profile
He is an Associate Professor in the ARTEMIS department at Telecom SudParis. His teaching activities include designing course units and delivering lectures for engineering and Master’s students. He coordinates the Image, Multimedia and Applications academic field at Telecom SudParis.
Research interests
His research interests cover image processing and computer vision broadly. He has extensive experience in perceptive interfaces for human-computer interaction. Within the CNRS research network on Information, Signal, Images & viSion (ISIS), he co-led a special action on Face, Gesture, Action and Behaviour from 2009 to 2016.
He co-organized and chaired the IHCI 2014 and IHCI 2017 international conferences on Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction. He also chaired the Organising Committee of the Web3D 2022 conference.
