Vignesh Kannan

Vignesh Kannan is an Assistant Professor of Mechanics at the Solid Mechanics Laboratory (LMS) within the Department of Mechanics at École Polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, in Palaiseau, France. His research lies at the intersection of mechanics and materials, with a strong foundation in solid mechanics. He holds a B.Tech in Production Engineering from NIT Trichy (India), an M.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University (USA), where he also completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechanics and Materials.
