Abstract

This paper introduces a systematic methodology that facilitates the data analysis of corporate careers. We establish a workflow that begins with the collection and storage of CVs in JSON format within our CV store. Utilising database and machine learning techniques, we then organise this information within a relational database and a graph database. This system enables us to perform comprehensive analyses, such as sequence analysis, to explore the career trajectories of managers to deepen our understanding of business elites and their career progression. Our approach is designed to serve as a replicable model for future researchers.
