Abstract

This paper proposes and justifies a Lifecycle oriented Information Framework for network and service management, to manage the lifecycle of the information through the different layers: from the end-users service management level to the equipment management level. The workflow framework provides a couple of information flow scenarios leading to define a flexible management information structure featuring intelligence, mobility, introspection, and polymorphism.
