Abstract

A Monolithic Microwave Integrated sixport Circuit (MMIC) which will be used to compare the phase between two incident microwave signals at 1.75 GHz is described. The integrated junction is based on passive lumped elements in order to keep very small dimensions (in the range of 1mm2) and to possibly extend the circuit operation in the 500 MHz - 3GHz frequency range.
