Abstract
In order to estimate the accuracy of heterodyne Automatic Network Analyzers, LCIE organized an intercomparison in France. The intercomparison measurements were performed on six different passive microwave components at 2, 10, and 18 GHz. The measured results are compared to those given by the Calibration Center of LCIE and those obtained with the dual six-port reflectometer realized at BNM/LCIE. In this work, the measured results, in terms of complex reflection and transmission coefficients (amplitude, phase), obtained at different frequencies are reorted.
