Abstract

In this work, we proposed a tractable mathematical framework to analyze the coverage probability in dynamic downlink cellular networks taking into account the queue dynamics. In particular, the static properties of the physical layer network are studied by stochastic geometry and dynamic properties of queue evolution are studied with discrete time Markov chain. We also analyze the stable region by giving explicit upper and lower bounds on the dynamic coverage probability.
