Abstract

The thermal conductivity of stoichiometry, underdoped Y124 was showed that in marked contrast to optimally doped Y123 and Bi2212, the universal quasiparticle (QP) conductivity term is absent. It also shown to follow a simple phononic T3 dependence at the lowest temperature for both current directions, with a negligible linear QP contribution.
