Bias Controlled Single and Dual Saturable Absorber Operation in Third-Order Mode-Locked Laser

Abstract

In this work, we investigated the performances of QD GaAs comb laser by selectively activate a single or dual saturable absorber. The comb formation and ultra-fast pulse generation is greatly influenced by these two configurations.
