Biogeochemical Modeling

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

This chapter reviews the basic principles that underlie the modeling of biogeochemical cycles in the atmosphere and in the oceans. It describes the strategies that have been used to represent complex processes in Earth system models and discusses examples of simplified models.
