Abstract
The DCA measurements were shown to be very sensitive to the Coulomb blockade effects of a cluster assembly embedded in an insulator. It was found that the DCA measurement could be used as a probe for Coulomb blockade properties of cluster assemblies. This effect was promising for the fabrication of capacitors whose capacitance can be changed by varying the applied voltage.
