Abstract

Clock synchronization and sub-clock extraction of high-frequency optical signals are achieved, using an optoelectronic based on three-wave mixing in a device, with a time jitter of 620 fs. The bit rate / frequency of the optical signals whose clock was synchronized / extracted, were of 10 Gbps and 30 GHz respectively.
