Abstract

This paper describes the last results obtained with the dual six-port realized at LCIE in the 1-18 GHz frequency range. The characterization of the diodes used as power detectors and the influence of frequency on this characterization are reported. Then, to estimate the dual six-port accuracy, the measurement results obtained for one-port and two-port devices at 2,10 and 18 GHz are compared to the measurement results obtained from a commercial ANA and from operating systems used at the Calibration Center of LCIE.
