Abstract
A two dimensional short-range inclinometer radar, based on microwave interferometry, is presented. It is able to detect the angles of deviation of a reflecting plane with respect to a reference area with an accuracy greater than ±2.° over a dynamic range of ±25°. Theoretical and experimental results are presented for a metallic reflecting panel at 10GHz.
