Abstract

The authors would like to bring to the attention of the Editor to the following correction regarding the corresponding authorship details in our published article entitled “Microplastic assessment in remote and high mountain lakes of Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan”. The corresponding author for the article should now be updated as follows: New Corresponding Author: Riffat N. Malik Environmental Biology and Ecotoxicology Laboratory, Department of Environmental Sciences, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, 45320, Pakistan This change has been made to reflect the updated responsibilities among the authors. The original corresponding author, Maryem Mehboob, will remain as a co-author and continues to contribute to ongoing discussions related to this work.
