Abstract
Using a CulnSe2/Cu4RbCl5/Cu solid state galvanic cell, we have studied the insertion and extraction of Cu in the host lattice of CuInSe2. This allows to present the first experimental measurements of the formation energies of Cu-related point defects. Preliminary experiments on Cu insertion explore the possibility to obtain new thermodynamic information.
