N2 - (Cell Reports 44, 115103, January 28, 2024) As originally published, this paper contained Camille Noûs in the author list, with an affiliation of Cogitamus Laboratory, PSL University, Paris, France. After publication, a reader reached out to the Cell Reports team to inform them that Camille Noûs was not a person but a collective of authors. Noûs had also not been listed in the author contributions. In accordance with COPE guidelines regarding authorship, the Cell Reports team has elected to remove Noûs from the author list. A sentence has also been added to the acknowledgments section: “We thank Camille Noûs, a collective of researchers, who encouraged us to maintain open, honest and slow science.” All of the authors agree with the changes. Both the authors and the journal apologize for any confusion that may have been caused.
