Abstract

We present an absolute gravimeter that utilizes cold atom interferometry and that is embeddable in aircrafts and ships. Previously demonstrated with a gyro-stabilized platform to maintain the sensor aligned with the vertical axis, we developed a gravimeter in a strapdown configuration.
