Abstract
The magnetoconductance experiments in GaAs/GaAlAs (Gallium, Arsenic, Aluminium) networks, which could be described accurately by the diagrammatic theory of quantum transport in diffusive networks, were shown. The measurement of harmonic content provided an accurate way to determine the electron phase-coherence length L∅in a square network. Interference on the scale of L∅gave rise to two different types of contributions to the conductance in a transport experiment. It was found that the square lattice was particularly appropriate for determination of L ∅ due to its large harmonic content.
