Abstract
The aim of the present communication is to introduce EADS LV approach concerning TPS catalycity determination. In order to determine the catalycity properties of future thermal materials for planetary reentry, EADS LV has completed his low pressure plasma facility knowledge with the IPM catalycity determination modelling. To guarantee the accuracy of the Russian method, a cooperation has been established between the industrial EADS LV and the CORIA laboratory. In this framework, different theoretical demonstration and experimental analysis have been initiated to provide a full analysis of the modelling. This document will present on the one hand the system unit vision and its technical response, and on the other hand the theoretical and experimental justification started by the cooperation between the industrial and the laboratory.
