Abstract

Main Text: (Developmental Cell 28, 534–546; March 10, 2014) In the originally published version of this paper, the legend for Figure 2E did not indicate that the polarity domain oscillations for the WT+ LatA condition were quantified with CRIB-GFP, whereas GFP-bgs4 was used for all of the other strains. The revised legend correcting this error is included below. This error does not alter the main conclusions of the paper. The authors apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused. (E) Frequency of newly assembled successive polar caps, in the indicated conditions and mutants, and corresponding outgrowth volume ratio V0/VG. Quantifications were performed using GFP-bgs4 as a polarity marker in all conditions, except for WT + LatA, which was performed using CRIB-GFP (n > 25 spores for each condition).
