Abstract

On page 97, Υ¯_in should be [inline-equation], and on the same page, θ_in should be [inline-equation]. The eigenvalues λ of Ā₀^-1 Ā are then easily shown to the the zeros of the polynomials (λ - ν·ξ)² ((λ - νξ)² - γ rT_tr) = 0 where γ = (c_v,tr + r)=c_v,tr.
