Abstract

On page 97, Υ¯in should be [inline-equation], and on the same page, θin should be [inline-equation]. The eigenvalues λ of Ā0-1 Ā are then easily shown to the the zeros of the polynomials (λ - ν·ξ)2 ((λ - νξ)2 - γ rTtr) = 0 where γ = (cv,tr + r)=cv,tr.
