Abstract

We implement a fast and widely tunable picosecond OPO, based on an aperiodicallypoled nonlinear crystal, tuned and spectrally narrowed by a chirped VBG, for backscatter absorption gas imaging of N<inf>2</inf>O around 3.82 μm.
