Abstract

The Nernst and Seebeck coefficients of the heavy-fermion superconductor CeCoIn5 were analyzed. Investigations show that a large sublinear Nernst signal was found for a multiband Fermi-liquid metal. It was found that single crystals of CeCoIn5 were grown with the help of a self-flux method. The results point to a hitherto source of thermoelectricity in strong interacting electrons.
