Abstract
We report on the generation of high-fidelity f ew-cycle p ulses v ia n onlinear e llipse r otation i n a n Argon-filled multipass cell at the mJ-level. We obtain a good spatio-temporal beam quality, with at least 3-orders of magnitude of contrast improvement, and high internal efficiency of 69%.
