Abstract
The impact of the different transformations observed in hospitals both in terms of patient management as well as in the evolution of healthcare professions, justifi es the use of management science research. Two examples are presented in this article: the analysis of quality management, assessment and regulation and the analysis of service work according to a twofold descriptive and analytical perspective in its relationship with the evolution of hospital professions and the construction of the organisation.
