Interaction solute-lacune dans des alliages d'or dilues trempes A 4,2 K

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Gold and gold doped with small amounts of tin, antimony, germanium and iron have been quenched in liquid helium. Isochronal annealing studies of the quenched-in resistivity show that there are important interactions between vacancies and the dopant.
