Abstract
This communication addresses the issue of cloud computing (in all of its different aspects) and relatively the question of the factors and obstacles to its adoption. A dual perspective is presented in this article: a review of the literature regarding the mentioned obstacles along with a series of interviews with directors of information systems in large industrial companies. The transcribed interviews highlight the most common elements found in the literature. They revealed three central issues that were under discussion: the pressure of the supply market, the various stakeholders within the company, and the effects on the organizational structure when adopting the Cloud Computing solutions.
