N2 - In this paper, Linear Scalable Dispersion (LSD) code is investigated for Multiple Input Multiple Output Multi-Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MIMO MC-CDMA) systems. The code already introduced in MIMO systems is extended to the MC-CDMA downlink transmission. It provides a flexible compromise between diversity and spatial multiplexing in Rayleigh and Ricean fading channels; therefore, it realizes high transmission rate while benefiting from transmit diversity. In this context, we show through simulations that LSD scheme improves significantly the performance in different channel conditions.
