Mathematical analysis of conductive and superconductive transmission lines

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

Guided modes in the micro-strip line are theoretically studied. Two cases are considered: the case of a perfectly conductive strip, and the case of a superconductive one. In both cases, it is shown that the study of guided modes amounts to the spectral analysis of a family of non compact selfadjoint operators.
