Abstract

Using the ARGUS detector at the e⁺e^- storage ring DORIS II at DESY, we have studied B meson decays into baryons p and Λ. From the simultaneous analysis of p and Λ yields, p {Mathematical expression} and Λ {Mathematical expression} correlations, and various lepton-baryon and lepton-baryon-antibaryon correlations the inclusive branching ratio is found to be BR (B→baryons)=(6.8±0.5±0.3)%.
