abstract = "Rectifiers operating at the millimeter wave (mmWave) frequencies have recently attracted interest for a wide range of applications, including wireless power transmission and energy harvesting. This work presents an overview of the rectifiers operating in the mmWave band, and more specifically from 24 GHz to 94 GHz. It also highlights the main mmWave rectifier's design challenges along with some novel techniques used to optimize their performance.",
