Abstract
This paper presents a new design of de-de converter with MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) for applications using pm-SiH/μc-Si:H solar cells. The aim of our new design architecture is not to manage a global photovoltaic panel but manage many independent groups of photovoltaic cells. The distributed architecture will allow an optimization of the power management of each channel characteristic dependant of the ageing cells, soiling and weather effects.
