New insight into corneal micro-structure with polarizationresolved second harmonic generation microscopy

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

We developed polarization-resolved SHG microscopy to investigate the threedimensional organization of the collagen fibrils and lamellae in unstained human corneas. In vivo imaging was demonstrated. Multiphoton microscopy was then performed during mechanical assays.
