Non-linear modeling of RF thermistor, application to bolometer mount calibration

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

RF bolometer thermistor is studied for a wide frequency range. A novel equivalent electrical model is presented to show the non-linear behavior of the bolometer thermistor for different polarization DC-currents. This model has been used as "detector section" of a bolometer RF-power sensor and the its "efficiency η" evaluated by the simple and quick "3-γ i.e. Impedance Method".
