Off-line contention management in colorless directionless reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexer node

Abstract

In this work, we investigate an autonomous off-line management strategy for colorless directionless reconfigurable optical Add/Drop multiplexer node based on assigning bank utilization priority for each direction considering the number of Add/Drop banks and capacity of each bank present in the node.
