Abstract

Three dimensional microresonators (micropillars) operating in the strong coupling regime were studied by photoluminescence. Parametric oscillations of 0-dimensional polaritons are evidenced on a single micropillar. Signal and idler beam are of comparable intensities, a promising result in the aim of the emission of correlated photon pairs.
