Abstract

OFETs Contact geometry is a key point to control the performance. We propose in the first part of this article a simple two-dimensional finite elements simulation to studying this problem. OTFTs incorporating Pentacene/SU-8 interface were fabricated and characterized in the second part. Fabricated devices showed promising good electrical performances.
