Abstract

This paper presents the performance of an Indoor Localization System using a hybrid technique based on the multistatic FMCW radar systems and optics interferometry for 2D measurement in the presence of backscattered signal (multipath). The measurements have been done with the knowledge off a single reference position with accuracy in few centimeters and degrees scales. Finally, the comparison of the system's performance is presented in the presence and absence of a strong scatter in a real indoor environment for a LOS case.
