Abstract

In this work, we characterize lateral transport efficiency by generating a point pulsed optical excitation and observing diffusion profiles via luminescence imaging. Spectrally-resolved images allow us to underline the waveguided propagation of the low energy PL photons. Time-resolved images are processed with the continuity equation accounting for photon recycling. Precise values for the diffusion coefficient, the recombination lifetime and the radiative coefficient are derived.
