Quasi-circulator module design using conventional MMIC components in the frequency range 0.45-7.2 GHz

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The design and measured performances of a quasi-circulator module with conventional MMIC components are presented. The device uses an active divider and combiner, and has an insertion loss less than 3.5dB and an isolation greater than 16dB over the 0.45 - 7.2GHz frequency range.
