Abstract

Optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) use appropriate optical codewords to multiplex data sequences. In this paper the effect of different optical components in optical fibre communication system are taken into account by an appropriate optical amplified Gaussian channel model. In addition, it is demonstrated that filtering constraints are relaxed by employing OCDMA communication technique.
