Abstract

HSDPA-based UMTS networks should offer high bit rate connections in the next generation wireless networks. However, radio resources available to achieve them are limited. This paper presents suggestions to optimize some HSDPA techniques such as scheduling in single and multi-service cases while distinguishing terminal capabilities.
