Abstract
A selection-free WDM DFB lasers was studied. An anti-reflection (AR)/AR single mode DFB lasers based on stripe engineering approach was also discussed. A standard holographic process was used to fabricate as single pitch grating over the full wafer. The results showed that the standard deviation of the emitted wavelength is as low as 0.11 nm.
