Abstract
Convective drying for grain products is concerned with a parameter estimation problem when using a non linear diffusion law. A direct multi-zone model is built using the Transfer Evolution Formalism implemented in the ZOOM code, and then coupled with a chi-square minimization program. Of particular interest is that the solving process allows to get useful information for sensitivity analysis.
