abstract = "In this paper, a simple theoretical model of the launched electrons (LE) equilibrium will be presented. The model allows simpler understanding of the nature of LE. It will be shown that appearance of the LE in the magnetic insulation transmission lines (MITL) gap may be preferable from the point of view of the minimum energy principle. PIC numerical simulations were also performed to investigate conditions under which the LE may appear.",
