N2 - The always increasing number of recorded quasars leads to make a general compilation of these objects by taking into account the astrometric, photometric, radio and reshift information. This work was achieved at Paris observatory, under the acronym LQAC (Large Quasar Astrometric Catalogue). We present the various improvements brought by this compilation (Souchay et al.,2008).
