Abstract
Noncovalent binding among molecules, such as enzymes/substrates, ligands/receptors, or proteins/nucleic acids, is an important element of the biochemistry and information ow in cells (Böhm and Schneider, 2003, Gohlke, 2012, Pawson, 1995). Specicity is needed to preserve the correctness of the biochemical pathways and the integrity of the information.
